Treating people with dignity and ensuring privacy are two crucial attributes you must have when working with people in a caring, supportive environment.
The first part of the course will define dignity and privacy in the context of healthcare and explain how the two are related. After that, it will give you a number of professional pointers on how to establish a good working rapport with your clients and discuss some of the problems that can occur when respect for privacy and dignity is not shown.
