This course covers the definitions and background of behavioural safety. It discusses some of the potential advantages of implementing a program of good behavioural safety in the workplace. We analyse some scenarios showing ‘at risk behaviours’ and provide examples of how to gauge how well your organisation is doing in terms of safety. Finally, this course discusses some of the most important laws pertaining to workplace health and safety and how to foster a positive work environment.
